being general counsel for the
American Staffing Association?
Representing an industry that does so
much for so many people. I am very proud
to represent this industry.

2. The ASA Staffing Law Conference
had record-high attendance last
year. Why do you think that is?
Because it is the only conference dedicated
exclusively to legal issues facing staffing
firms.
3. Why do you think staffing professionals should attend the 2012
Staffing Law Conference in April?
Because of the speakers—legal experts who
are intimately familiar with both the law and
the staffing industry—as well as subject
matter that is relevant to every staffing firm.
4. What are the top three topics
that will be addressed at the
conference?
I can’t pick just three—all of the topics
will be great, with the panel discussion of
health care reform being very timely.
5. What’s your favorite kind of
sandwich?
