Registration Policies
For advance registration discounts, full payment must be received
by Sept. 9. Registration received without payment will not be
processed. Each registrant will receive a separate e-mail confirmation. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available
basis. Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office
by Sept. 9. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. An alternate
registrant will be accepted in lieu of a cancellation. Call 703-253-
2020 to request the change, or fax the first page of the registration PDF—with the new attendee’s contact information and the
name of the attendee being replaced—to 866-428-9256. Alternate
registrants also can be processed on site. All cancellations will
be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be
awarded for no-shows.
