companies that are successfully executing CSR initiatives in
an effort to not only celebrate their successes but also to share
what’s working and how to emulate their strategies.
Because after all is planned and executed, corporate employees
reap benefits, too. Various case studies have shown that employees
at companies where CSR programs are in place feel more loyalty to
their employers, experience more meaningful working relationships
with their peers, and have a greater pride in their work.
